Exchange is available only if:

• You received the wrong product

• The item is defective or damaged (anything defective received should be informed to us within 24 hours)

• There's a size issue

• No return No refund

Please get in touch with the Bambiola team for any exchanges. You will be required to ship this to our address, at your cost. Once the unused and tagged item is returned to us, it will be inspected and upon approval, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 3 - 4 business days. You can choose anything from our collection for the same value. Stocks do move quickly and not always updated on the website immediately, so in case it is not available you still have a wide offering from our website.
